In February 2022, Currituck County advertised a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Public-Private Partnership (P3) Financial and Transactional Advisor Services associated with Currituck County’s Moyock Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). In the preface (read here) to this first Part I of this series, we discussed the scope of services sought by the County. In this post, we share the RFP and two addendums.
