Thom Roddy brings over 30 years of experience as a retired Naval Officer and Public Servant, with a distinguished career serving our Nation. In April 2023, Thom founded Blackwater Reports Inc., which was subsequently designated as a 501(c)(3) public charity non-profit by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service in May of the same year.

Driven by a mission to make government more accessible to citizens and to inform the public about issues affecting their communities, Blackwater Reports operates as an all-volunteer non-profit organization.
