I am writing regarding Public Records Request (PRR) 24-120, for which records were recently released. Upon reviewing the materials provided, it appears that the documents do not pertain to the request I submitted.

In my original request, I sought all records related to the contracting of legal services with Attorney Christopher Geis and/or Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP concerning the case of GERALD COSTANZO, et al., Plaintiffs, v. CURRITUCK COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, et al., Defendants.

Additionally, I requested all paid invoices for services rendered.

However, the records received under PRR 24-120 do not appear to be relevant to the specified case or legal services. It seems that they may pertain to a separate request.

I kindly request that you review my original request and provide the appropriate records as outlined. Please let me know if there are any misunderstandings or if additional clarification is needed to fulfill the request.
