Despite Rising Taxes, Currituck is a Great Place to Live – But Much Work Must be Done to Return Trust in Local Governance
BlackwaterReports is in full swing, meticulously cataloging a vast array of records, encompassing audio, video footage, and regional news articles pertaining to the unfolding Currituck Conspiracy that has shaken the foundations of local governance. Despite tending to a family member post-surgery, Founder Thom Roddy remains actively engaged behind the scenes, orchestrating forthcoming defamation and First Amendment litigation.

In a recent conversation with Roddy, he confirmed plans for First Amendment litigation involves Currituck and three defendants individuslly. Additionally, he disclosed intentions to name three individuals in an upcoming defamation suit. As the pieces of the conspiracy puzzle fall into place, revelations emerge.
Later this month (March 2024), Roddy is set to address Government Overreach and Prosecutorial Misconduct at an event in Florida—a topic he’s intimately familiar with. Having investigated a case where a Florida state attorney wrongfully prosecuted numerous individuals, Roddy encountered firsthand the chilling attitude of prosecutorial overreach when a prosecutor candidly admitted to seeking a conviction despite knowing the defendant’s innocence.
The Florida case’s protracted appeal, now in its second year, has gained momentum with the involvement of an Assistant Florida Attorney General scrutinizing allegations of prosecutorial misconduct. Meanwhile, Roddy provides an update on his investigation into a Sailor assigned to the USS GEORGE WASHINGTON, whose controversial sideline in hardcore pornography went unchallenged by Navy authorities last year. The wheels of justice, indeed, are turning.
