Blackwater Reports redacts some information in arrest reports to protect the spouses and children of those arrested; therefore, we redact home addresses. We also redact employers who are not responsible for employees’ actions; therefore, we redact employment information. Lastly, these are arrest reports, not convictions; all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
