Blackwater Reports redacts some information in arrest reports for two reasons. First, the spouse and children of someone arrested need not be identified; therefore, we redact home addresses. Second, employers are not responsible for employees’ actions; therefore, we redact employment information. Lastly, these are arrest reports, not convictions; all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
