County Manager Ike McRee notified Commissioners that “there were two issues with flags at the Public Safety Building.  At first, the flags were too large and wrapping around adjacent poles.  After flag size was reduced, flags would be caught by the lightning rod on top of the flag poles, requiring a lift to untangle.  Both the issues are now cured, and flags are flying at the Public Safety Building.”
